This website is published by Anissa AM, founder of Anissa AM – Constellations & Therapies, a practitioner of family constellations and therapeutic support (outside of a medical setting).

2. Purpose of the GTCU
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (GTCU) is to define:
the conditions of access and use of the website www.anissa-am.com,
the terms and conditions for booking, paying for, and participating in the sessions offered by Anissa AM,
as well as the respective rights and obligations of the user and the service provider in the context of the provision of services.
Any use of the website, any booking, or any payment implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCU.
3. Access to the website
Access to the website is free of charge. Certain features (booking, contact form) require the entry of accurate and up-to-date personal information.
The publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or malfunctions beyond its control (particularly those related to the Internet).
4. Bookings
Reservations are made via the online form or by direct contact. The user chooses a slot from among those offered.
The reservation is only considered final after receipt of a confirmation email sent by Anissa AM.
The publisher reserves the right to refuse or modify a reservation in the event of technical difficulties, unavailability, or requests that do not comply with these GTU.
Any request for cancellation or modification by the user must be made within the time limits specified in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Rates and payments
Prices are indicated in euros including tax and are those in effect on the day of the reservation.
Payment is made via the methods indicated at the time of reservation (bank transfer or any other method specified on the website).
The reservation implies a firm commitment to pay.
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be made and the session remains due.
6. Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation or postponement of a session is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, by written notification (e-mail).
After this deadline, the session is payable in full.
If the practitioner is unable to attend, a new date will be proposed or, if no postponement is possible, a full refund will be made.
In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, Anissa AM reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session, with no compensation other than a refund where applicable.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, private customers generally have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the same Code, this right does not apply to support and wellness services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
By booking a session, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal. Consequently, no withdrawal may be exercised after booking and confirming a session.
8. Liability
The support services offered on this website are non-medical and are in no way a substitute for psychological, psychiatric, or medical care.
Each client remains fully responsible for their choices, decisions, and actions at the end of the sessions. Anissa AM cannot be held responsible for any interpretation or decision made by the client following a session.
Anissa AM's liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the session in question.
9. Force majeure and technical limitations
Anissa AM cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance due to force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable external event (e.g., strike, power failure, Internet network problem).
Similarly, the publisher does not guarantee that the website will be free of interruptions or technical defects. It cannot be held liable for any damage related to the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other incidents beyond its control.
10. Personal data
The data collected via the site is strictly confidential and used solely for customer relations purposes (contact, booking, follow-up, and information).
It is processed on the basis of the performance of the contract or the user's consent.
It is kept for the period strictly necessary for customer relations management and compliance with legal obligations.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit, and delete their data, which they can exercise by writing to: contact@anissa-am.com.
They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
11. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the general structure of the website, is the exclusive property of Anissa AM.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any person who does not comply with these provisions or who copies the content of the site without prior authorization is liable to prosecution.
12. Mediation and dispute resolution
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, individual customers have the right to seek the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to reaching an amicable resolution to a dispute.
Pending Anissa AM's membership of an approved mediation service, any request may be sent in writing to contact@anissa-am.com. An amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
13. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (GTCU) are governed by French law.
In the event of non-compliance with these GTCU, the perpetrator may be held liable and prosecuted before the competent courts.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
