Group Constellation - As a Constellated Person

Immerse yourself in systemic constellations: a collective and transformative experience. Systemic constellations offer a powerful space to explore the relational, family, or professional dynamics that affect us and sometimes hold us back. During these half-day sessions (approximately 4 hours), each participant is invited to discover a profound process of enlightenment and transformation. A space for constellations As a constellated person, you will have the opportunity to explore a personal or professional issue that is important to you. You will choose representatives from among the participants to embody the different dimensions or “elements” of your system. This brings your inner experience to life and highlights the invisible dynamics that influence your current situation. Constellation work is an invitation to welcome a new perspective, to release what is holding you back, and to regain a harmonious balance. A collective dedicated to individual and mutual transformation. During each session, the group becomes a mirror, revealing the common dynamics that connect individuals. This collective work creates a transformative force where everyone can benefit from the experience of others in a caring and respectful environment. Systemic constellations allow us to feel how interactions and energies influence our lives and choices. Practical information: Duration: Half-day (4 hours). Location: Sessions take place in person.
